Unmanned grab crane
▲ Unmanned grab crane runs smoothly
With the implementation of major projects such as industrial strengthening, intelligent manufacturing, and green manufacturing, Henan mines once again shoulder the banner of intelligent manufacturing in the lifting equipment industry. They have undertaken the production of two unmanned grab bucket cranes, which are used in the 250000 ton rotary hearth furnace project of Baowu Group Shaoguan Iron and Steel Plant. The product of this project is customized and developed according to the intelligent manufacturing strategy requirements of Shaoguan Iron and Steel, targeting the rotary hearth furnace steelmaking process, providing strong support for achieving the true "one click steelmaking" of the entire system.
▲ Intelligent lifting operation
Intelligent manufacturing, capable and responsible
01
Within 5 millimeters, precise positioning
This crane has functions such as 3D scanning, automatic positioning, automatic recognition, automatic avoidance, and automatic grasping. The accuracy of equipment positioning and repeated operation positioning is within 5 millimeters.
02
Unmanned duty, green production
The operator can easily operate from an office 1000 meters away, avoiding the impact of dust environment. Since the equipment was put into use, the work intensity of workers has been significantly reduced, and the machine runs smoothly. From crane workers to management, everyone has responded well, attracting batches of metallurgical industry units to come for inspection.
03
Intelligent level, with high standards
At present, this equipment has a high level of unmanned technology in China, which has attracted great attention from Beiqi Institute. Both parties have jointly formulated testing and inspection standards, setting an example in the same industry's testing standards.
▲ Automatic obstacle avoidance and grabbing
Henan Mining was elected as a high-quality supplier of Baosteel Zhanjiang in 2018 and has been a long-term cooperative unit for spare parts of Shaogang overhead cranes; Developed the first unmanned overhead crane for Shaogang, applied to the water slag cross workshop of the No. 6 blast furnace in the ironmaking plant.
