Overhead crane with hook
Hook bridge crane is currently a widely used lifting machinery, mainly composed of box bridge, lifting trolley, large vehicle operating mechanism, and electrical control system. The retrieval device is a hook.
There are tracks laid on the main beam for the crane trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box type end beam, and there are joints, bolts or pin shafts arranged in the middle of the end beam for the disassembly and transportation of the bridge frame.
There are three operating modes: ground handle, wireless remote control, and driver's cab. The cab has two types: open and closed, with adjustable seats inside. The floor is covered with insulation pads, and the window glass is made of tempered glass. Users can configure heating and cooling air conditioning, sound systems, walkie talkies, and other items according to their requirements.
The crane can be equipped with lifting devices such as motor grab buckets and electromagnetic suction cups to meet the needs of lifting various types of materials.
The working level of the crane is A3 to A7, and the commonly used lifting capacity is 3 to 250 tons. Suitable for loading, unloading, and lifting operations in factories, warehouses, and freight yards with ambient temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. It is prohibited to work in environments that are flammable, explosive, or filled with corrosive gases.
